The day I received this item, I noticed the box was dented. I opened it anyway I tried putting the bench together but the frame of the bench was out online and hard to put together with missing parts. I immediately returned this item the very next day ! I have a video of Fedx picking up the return. Unfortunately this marketplace company on Walmarts website sucks ! The company is called Hotworld ! They have my retuned item but Hotworld refuses to refund my return! It's not my fault this product was NOT as described when I purchased it . This Hotworld company has the incorrect customer service phone number posted on Walmarts website making it difficult to get a hold of anyone in the company! After countless emails and phone conversations with Walmart customer support i don't think my issue is resolved! This item was returned and received on April 9, 24 signed by: HJOHN as received at Hotworld warehouse, Hotworld has my return as received all they need to do is inform Walmart and Affirm that the item was delivered and received! But again Hotworld refused to help me by informing Walmart and Affirm that the item was received so I don't continue to get charged by the affirm company! I will never order another product from Hotworld and I am very close on never buying another product from Walmart as well! Hotworld marketplace sucks !! This item was return!! Wish someone would fix the issue!!
