Assembled within 15 minutes. Helps to have 2 people stand up 7.5' tree. Ensure the pole is attached correctly before allowing tree to drop to the floor. Check out YouTube assembly videos for a pop-up tree. Taking it down is a little tricky for one person but manageable. I purchased separately the pictured wreath storage bag. Lightweight %26 easy to carry once in the storage bag.
