These bars are excellent in terms high protein, and the strawberry ones have a very good flavor. I have them as a mid-morning and mid-afternoon snack so I am not so hungry at meal time. Since I know I will eventually eat this many, I bought enough to get free shipping! That way there is no trip to the store, no gas used, delivered to my door, easy as pie!

Great snack when you need something quick
I have been diagnosed with hypoglycemia so if I get too busy, sometimes I will just hit a wall very quickly and feel weak and shaky. These bars are a great option when I first start feeling off as they have whatever nutrition I need to bounce back quickly. They have good flavor and are not hard as a rock like a lot of protein bars. A great choice in my opinion! My 9 year old son also likes them.
