Incomplete order.
Only half of the swing set was received. I am still waiting for the rest of the set to be shipped or found, if it was even lost.\nI keep hearing it has something to do with Covid 19. Which can't be the case. Either nothing would have been received or both would have.\nI am awaiting more information from manufacturer. Your customer service offered no solution other than to contact Giantex.\nThis was not an inexpensive item purchased and half is of no use and unacceptable.\nDo you have a solution?\nI will give it to the end of the week and if not received in its entirety, I will pursue a full refund.\n\n
