I had doubts about this ice maker when I got it. However, the more Ice I made, the more I loved it. I make ice everyday and store it in the freezer. Then a couple of days later I make more Ice. I love it! The self cleaning part is nice to have. You start it and 30 minutes later its back to making ice again

I made first batch of ice and the result was very satisfying, however, wish the size of ice was little bigger other than that the maker was very quiet and I am happy that I finally own my portable ice maker instead buying from store. Good product and excellent delivery service. I recommend to my other family members and friends.

I have no complaints. It makes Ice fast large or small. Everything I drink is on ice so it's handy to have. I haven't tried using small cubes to make a smoothie yet but I will soon.
