I am a fan of Bergin, who puts out a simple but great food products, including their raw brazil nuts which are fresh and crunchy, and great natural mother source of selenium which is commonly lacking. Most nuts are whole and few are broken. Best buying on a deal. My experience is that the brazil nuts arrive in good shape and never moldy.

Brazil Nuts are known to have high content of selenium, essential for immune boost. It is always better to obtain nutrients from natural food sources than supplements. This package comes with a great price and great taste. Roasting it gives an even nuttier taste. Just be aware that you don't take more than 2 nuts a day.
