My replacement for gum

I'm in meetings almost all day so it's definitely not ideal to chomp on gum all day...I find the pocketpaks to be the perfect replacement for gum. My breath stays fresh but I don't annoy anyone with my gum chomping or accidentally have it fall out of my mouth (so embarrassing).

My Unique Alternate Way of Using Listerine Breath Strips ~~ either way they'll do an amazing job freshening breath!

I've been using LISTERINE POCKETPAKS ORAL CARE STRIPS for many, many years, so obviously I'm quite pleased with the product! A couple of years ago I came up with a unique alternate way to make them last longer before they totally dissolve. Coming from a 70 year old woman, it might sound sort of silly, but it's actually quite effective: fold one in halves four times (doesn't seem to matter, however I usually start by folding the matte side together), place on tongue, push it up against the roof of mouth where it basically stays put while slowly dissolving within approximately 10 minutes, all the while doing an amazing job of freshening breath. Talking with it up there is not a problem and I even tend to forget about it. You're probably laughing at my idea, but go ahead and give it a try! Elizabeth *8>)
