Very sturdy, well designed frame!

Very sturdy! It took a little while to assemble, but it was not an inordinate length of time. There are lots of screws to be tightened! Think about it as you go. Don't tighten everything immediately. There are points in the installation where another piece needs to go in next to the last piece and if it had been tightened, it may be a tight squeeze. Install all the pieces and tighten after. If you have a thin mattress, you may feel all the cross members through the mattress.

Sturdy with no noise

I LOVE platform bed frames. Platform means that the frame doesn't need a box spring, which saves on not needing one and also makes the bed lower to the ground. I like it being lower for several reasons, one for your joints, second, and more important, the TV doesn't have to be a high off the ground because the bed is lowered. This particular bed frame is nice and sturdy with its all metal frame. I am on carpet so the metal wasn't an issue.
