Stop use and ask a doctor if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 2 weeks. Insomnia may be a symptom of serious underlying medical illness. Stop use and ask a doctor if pain gets worse or lasts more than 10 days, fever gets worse or lasts more than 3 days, redness or swelling is present, or new symptoms occur. These could be signs of a serious condition.

Somehow it works better than name brand or store brand. I have thyroid issues and was told to stop using meds with fillers and am just starting to do so. For both ibuprofen and acetaminophen pm, this brand works better. I fall asleep better. I don't know why it's working better but it just is.
