Most of the population of the USA are deficient in this vital mineral, probably why there is so much anxiety and depression in peoples lives. A word of caution if you take this sulfate form of magnesium, don't take too much at a time. Acts like a bowel movers.

The best for residue! Or aches…

I smoke the devils lettuce and it leaves a tarry mess! Take 90% alcohol and pour it in your water pipe, pour in some epsom salts, plug all the holes and shake like the dickens! I will use a brush on stubborn spots but it’s the easiest way I know. Oh, it’s also awesome for a hot soak if you have sore muscles.
