This is the best relief I've found before and especially right after my gallbladder surgery when the acid reflux is like straight battery acid. It provided relief immediately! I was surprised, but when placed in the refrigerator the mint chocolate flavor worked best to not be a problem even with the extreem nausea I was experiencing. I keep a bottle at work in the fridge too for the occasional flare up.
