I have had trouble sleeping for years, menopause is not for sissies! Melatonin seemed to give me bad dreams and I really did not like having to take Ambien. What I have been doing is taking some reishimushroom about an hour before bed and then at bedtime I take some I need some glycinate and valerian root and most of the time I am able to get to sleep with no difficulty.
