If you are looking for a prebiotic %26 probiotic that actually works for your gut health, energy and overall wellness, this is it! I recommend it to everyone and my local health food store orders it for me too. I put it in my yogurt, cold espresso coffee, overnight oatmeal oats and to anything else I can fit it into. If you add it to your yogurt and stir it up really well, it kind of makes it more creamy %26 fluffy. There's absolutely no bad taste or clumps and is similar to what powered coffee creamer would taste like but unflavored with a tiny bit of sweet. I take medication that stops me up %26 I've tried every single probiotic imaginable and this is the only effective one I've found. You can keep it in the refrigerator or leave it out in room temperature. I'm telling you that this is worth a try and it won't let you down. I don't ever measure it but I'd say I use about a heaping tablespoon once or twice daily. I first found this from my health food store %26 ended up using it so often that I order it from Walmart too. I'm not a big "NOW" supplements fan but with this item I am! This is my review and I'd highly recommend it.
