Arrived assembled, set to highest resistance. Good way to add some cardio. I got a bit of a workout sitting after a few minutes. Set to mid level resistance, more of a workout. Did standing as well, but I am more stable sitting for now. I did not attach the bands for the arm workout.

Smooth movement, good feel

I only used it for a week, so far like the smoothness, range of mivement, and that it's so portable. I am not sure I will use it in standing position as much as I hoped, at least nit in the beginning - I would need to be more co fide t about my balance without holding onto something. But I will try to think of something that will give me an opportunity to touch some kind of support for balance if needed. Also, I would love for the manufacturer to create a website with suggestions for different variations/exercises
