I was a little skeptical about the quality, since experience says the description and photos of toys tend to yield lower quality simple plastic sculptures. However, this is the real deal. Everything comes as pictured. You have to manually attached stickers to the cake and ice cream parts, but it's perfectly coordinated. Also, you have to attach the velcro connectors to the cake, but again perfect alignment and sticks very strong to the plastic cake pieces. I can't stop raving about this set. The distributor did great internal control inspection of product. It's not cheaply made. Very well crafted, and perfect connection of everything. All the toppings fit perfect into the holes of the cake and ice cream. And they are strong. No plastic pieces have broken when pushing to insert the toppings, unlike other kitchen and food toys purchased from other manufacturers. I realize all items are manufactured from the same continent, but quality control makes and breaks purchase especially for kids toys that go through vigorous playtime. This is definitely one of the top quality kids toys to get! Kudos to this distributor! Package came from Florida.

My grand kids played all day with this cake! I loved this cake my grand kids love it too! I had to use clear Gorella glue to glue in all the tiny toppings so my one year old wouldn't put them in his mouth. It worked great. My three yr old grand daughter liked choosing how she wanted to put the toppings on the cake then we glued them in place with glue. I am buying a second one for my grand son in blue frosting color.
