Won't charge but good product when it worked

Items works great, sound quality is decent, I like the sound options, and it gets loud enough to fill the room. I'm hoping this is a defect with only my device, but it will not charge. I've tried different chargers and outlets but it just doesn't charge. We've only used it a handful of times as we've only had it for about 2 weeks.
