Shipping damage made good by seller.

We ordered the chair, it arrived on time, but damaged in shipping, with one arm completely broken. Contacted Walmart, and they sent me straight to the 3rd party seller. I expected a serious hassle, but got absolutely none. The email came back from the seller overnight asking for photos of the damaged box and the broken piece. Did that, they came right back and said they would replace in three to five business days, and no need to ship chair back. The new chair arrived at our house exactly three days later, undamaged, and was able to put it together. It is not perfect, there was a run in the finish and a couple of dings from the manufacture. But the experience with the seller was sterling, quick, painless, and followed through. Five stars.

Beautiful wood rocking chairs! I purchased two for my front porch. Assembly is an easy one-person job. I would recommend using a full-size screwdriver for big screws since the little tool included is hard to use. Some of the wood screw covers would not stay in place. But easy fix is to glue them.
