We are really pleased with the personalized product we ordered. My youngest daughter loved it so much, she wanted one with her name and and heart too. However, when I went back to the website to order another one and have it personalized, the website doesn't show where we can order the personalization when we went all the way to checkout. We don't want to buy another one without the personalization now.

The side poker for the thermos began to rip I reached out to the company and they immediately sent a replacement.
