Since I had an Mr. Cool mini split I didn't know they sold window units which was great as a backup to my 24000 that we installed a few years ago. Quiet and it is energy efficient. We bought two and they worked great. Love the fact I can control when away from home via app. ❤️ Our Mr. Cool !!

Install Sucks - Unit itself is Awesome!!!
As I write this review! Worked all summer in quiet peace! Speeds up and slows down quietly and slowly! You would hardly know it was in the room! Install was a snap! Looks good in the window! This Air Conditioner gives you the ability to open and close the window it is installed in! Fantastic! Exactly as advertised! Great product! Very happy!!!

I purchased this air conditioner in June during a heat wave. After installation it has worked very efficiently. It's a very nice unit and was delivered with great care. I really like the setting features with the handheld remote. If the power goes out it will come back on by itself when restored. It's a nice looking unit and the house is extremely comfortable now. I am happy with this purchase and how caring the Walmart delivery person was with the package. He gently set it down on my porch by my door. It weighs over 50lbs. I would highly recommend this unit.
