Their are no manufacturer defects.
I was a little intimidated by the reviews saying that the back screws didnt line up with the holes. I thought it was so cute I was determined to deal with it. Turns out they do line up, you just have to not screw anything in tight the first time. Let it be somewhat pliable until its final step. I use it in a spare room to make it look more like a TV room than a bedroom. Love it.

Awesome as a couch!
We bought this bed for our couch and it has been the best thing for my little family! It has given us space to spend more time together watching movies or just hanging out. Had to wait a while for shipping, and I had to pay more for this one, but it was all worth it. We love it!

Its worth it!!!
Easy to assemble depends on the person. I was going to return it because some of the reviews about assembling it was intimidating. 2 is better than one, and it would do justice to arrange the pieces step by step according to each diaphragm as you go, and follow the instructions as they are. The one I have is in the blue finish. Beautiful and great quality. I love it, and it is worth its weight in gold.
