Cute gift!!

I purchased 7 letters for Christmas presents. The size is good, and the wood quality was great. For the most part I love this item, it's a cute gift! But 3 of the letters were damaged. The worst one, the acrylic was cracked, missing screws and had extra holes. The other 2 damaged letters had extra holes drilled into the acrylic not that big of a deal, I kept those because I needed them in a timely manner. I have contacted the company and I am waiting to hear from them.
