I love that I was able to hop on and go for a spin upon delivery. the ride was so smooth, no noise and there were brakes at the end that did not stick and held smooth and steady. i do wish the hirn and lights had been put on. Also, a pamplet about the current regulations on required lighting would help. The experience was definately hassle free

Pretty, but useless

Not sure if I got a dud, something was damaged in shipping or if the bike is just bad. First the seat came ripped, called customer service and they were very good about sending a replacement (downside was they didn't have the seat color that matched my bike in stock). Some of the detail work was also cracked when the bike arrived. Unfortunately there's nothing we can do since it's riveted onto the bike. The seat even with adjustments swivels back and forth no matter how much it's tightened - obviously annoying when it moves while riding the bike. The brakes are another issue. If you want to do a slow roll granny stop this is the bike for you. If you actually want to stop when you use the brake then don't buy this bike. The bike is very pretty, but not very functional in the ways that matter.

The bike was either used or a display. The white tires weee brown like it had been ridden. The cup holder had scratches inside it. The chain was broken would not stay on could not peddle it. It also had a bungee cord attached to it that had been cut but the hook was still attached. I returned it through Fed ex. Fed ex picked it up 6 days ago and is still in transit I'm still waiting for my refund! Very disappointed with paying $218 for a bike and the employee could not provide a new bike for it to be delivered they took the lazy way and just gave me a display or a used one!!
