I love it

I always buy MegaFood vitamins for myself . I am 50 yeas old and I have great results with it for 5 yeas I think I been taken. It is easy on my stomach, most of supplements make me vamomit. But my husband never takes multivitamins. He only takes vitamin D. So it was his first try, and he like it. It easy to take. I hope it will be healthy habit for him
