Yum!

I don't trust many flavorings to taste natural but this one surprised me. I make my own ice cream and I only make one flavor at a time - if it's not good, I refuse to waste it... so I tested this flavoring out in my plain yogurt - using 10% flavoring to the cup of yogurt - and then a sweetener - I was really surprised and happy... so I'll be making pistachio ice cream today :)

Delicious

I decided to make a pistachio, but I didn't want to use the pistachio jello. When this arrived, I noticed the smell and it didn't smell artificial that was a plus. I put it in my cake batter, topped with with vanilla buttercream and it was heaven!!!! My family loved it and my customers loved it even more. I don't know how you do it, but keep it up! This stuff is amazing!!!!

Pistachio Butter Flavor

I made ganache with white chocolate and this pistachio butter flavoring to give the pistachio taste more 'umph', and it turned out great for my rose-pistachio macarons! It does have a lot of food coloring in it, it seems, so the color isn't natural looking, but it tasted great, so I can't complain. I definitely recommend trying it.
