Brown Rice Flour What is not to like?

I started baking with rice flours due to sensitivity to products with wheat gluten. I have been baking with Bob's Red Mill Brown rice flour for 2 years. The flour has no gum thickener additives. A major consideration: I have had no problems using rice flour in place of recipes specifying all purpose flour. Waffles, muffins and loaves with or without berries, zucchini, chocolate morsels, dried cranberries, etc. do well.
