Step for f-150

Great Step, over priced, I'm 65 years old so not having one is not an option anymore. I've read many of the reviews before installing mine, the one gentleman said in his install if he was doing it over he would tighten all the bolts up and not go by the instructions. I took that and ran with his idea. It was surely the best way to go for me. I lined up the two big holes with a punch and tightened all the bolts up. Backed off the one with the brace just enough to move it. Put the step up there and tighten up. Maybe a 15 minute install for an Old Man. I would like to say thanks for his review. I prefer having this step over the factory one . First of all you can use it with the tailgate up or down, second the tailgate from factory are to heavy to lift.

Much Needed

I have a 2024 Lariat and this bed step was exactly what was needed. My dad likes to borrow my truck from time to time and as he is getting older getting in the bed of the truck is harder for him. This step makes getting in and out of the bed really easy. Installation is not too bad, one can do it themselves. The quality of the step is great. It tucks right underneath the bumper and doesn't look out of place. Overall, I added this initially to help my dad out. With it, I've come to use it a lot more than I expected. Price is kinda high IMO, but worth it for the quality and durability.

Works great easy to install

Works great on my F150, was easier then I expected to install. My only note on instalation was the lack of a top down view on the guide, ment I didn't realize the side bracket only need one screw attachment even though it looks like a two screw set up. Set me back about 5 minutes in instalation time to figure it out.
