Use a drill and it doesn't take long to put together. The variable size options and ways to setup all in one product are really nice. This is the perfect media stand for my small living room. I like the customization offered by the 3 separate pieces. The stand can accomodate a range of TV sizes--it looks fine with my 43" TV and I'll be able to easily slide the pieces apart to fit a 65" TV in the future. As other reviews mention, take note of the size description. Assembly was straightforward and the pieces are of average sturdiness for flat-pack furniture. Very happy with this purchase.
