We bought these for my sister-in-law, and she like's them very much! She says they are very comfortable. She is 80 years old and living in an independent living senior facility. These briefs give her the confidence to leave her room and participate in activities with the other residents, even though she deals with incontinence on a daily basis. So far, we have been able to purchase only the beige briefs from Walmart, even though we know there are other colors available elsewhere.
