There is no way you can use this grill indoor. The smoke will suffocate you. My neighbor thought something was on fire when I was using it outside!

It does smoke a lot; especially steaks and burgers. It will set your smoke alarm off so I make sure my place is well ventilated and ceiling fan is on

Yes.  Absolutely.  It&#39;s not too bad but I&#39;d be near a window or ventilation.

Can this be used indoors or does it smoke too much, like enough to set off the smoke alarm???

I personally haven&#39;t tried, but see no reason it wouldn&#39;t accommodate a half rack, maybe more, not sure the length of time that would be needed to cook , I&#39;ve always soaked and precooked my ribs any ways.

We needed an extra grill for cooking smaller items rather than starting the gas grill.  We also plan to take this grill on our road trips to cook meals where we stay for the night.  It's convenient, nice portable size and light weight.

This is an excellent product.  A little like Christmas morning of years ago with regard to the extensive assembly required, but it all goes together well and is a solid and quality feeling piece after assembly.  Cooks with very even heat and after three cookouts I am very pleased with the performance and taste of the food.  I would highly recommend this grill!

I live in a small apartment and is just the perfect size to cook for my family and my self.  Quality is great love it.

In purchasing this electric grill online, I had an issue with my newly acquired credit card. I was able to order online and pay in cash at any store. This was a great option. I have been looking for an electric grill for a while. They are hard to find. The grill is great.

great service and options

My 87 year old mother loves to grill.   She does not feel comfortable lighting a charcoal or gas grill.  This electric grill makes it possible to still enjoy outside grilled food.  When putting it together we felt the element was too close to the cooking grill.   It had to be bent back.  Otherwise putting it together was no problem.  
This is not an expensive gourmet grill.  But it definitely fit the bill for Mom.  So far hamburgers, pork chops and sausage have been enjoyed!

Just what I was looking for

Works well for electric, not as hot as propane.   Need to cook on high temp to sear meat and cooked rib eye to medium at 7 minutes per side.  Great for apartment balcony!

Electric grill

We brought this grill two weeks ago and used it four times. Cooks steaks, burgers and chicken really well. Hope it will last more than a year. Brought one last year and had to bye this one due to the fact it kept shorting out my circuit breaker on my rv. Give it one more chance.

Disappointed that the wing nuts did not fit the bolts provided. Had to purchase own hardware to assemble this thing :-(

The thermometer  didn't fit in the cut out in the hood/cover. The hole was to small.
I bought this same model last year & it went together perfect. The plug controller only heated to 250 F then tripped the cercuit breaker. That is why I bought this one.  I like the size & the concept of the electric grill. I'm just disappointed that the parts didn't fit as designed.

The heat cycles on and off not able to get a sear or maintain constant temperature. The grill makes too much smoke. It's hard to clean. The design doesn't allow for the grease to drain into small hole at the bottom resulting in excessive smoke burn at the bottom. Have to disassemble elements inorder to properly clean after using.
