Idc how tight some meathead that shouldn't be working on cars tightens a filter too tight that grip alone you can get it off with oil on your hands. With a proper sized wrench this is easy to use and seals well. Don't forget to wet the o ring on the filter before applying, with oil. It's an old trick that I don't see mentioned on the web lately. Helps prevent tearing.
