Quiet ride didn't affect gas mileage.

I have a 2013 Accord and the are almost the same as the factory ones I had. A very slight difference in noise I think its the extra rubber, they measured 14 in depth on my meter they corner nice also A+++! They should last, also they have a better pattern for winter then my factory originals.

I read a lot of reviews on several brands of tires before settling on this set of tires. I am pleased to say they are fairly quiet going down the road like many other reviewers have mentioned. In this past week since having these tires mounted I've driven them on dry roads as well as snow and ice and they have done a fine job with the traction I expected. I'm in my 60's and have used many different brands of tires over the years. I am well satisfied with this set. When my other vehicles need tires I plan to purchase more of these General Altimax tires. I consider them a good value.

Grip well on Snow, Ice and Rain

Tires installed on a 5 speed FWD Susuki Areo Wagon. Tires that came on car had good tread left but felt unsafe on anything but dry pavement. After putting General Altimax RT43 on car, it drives and handles in adverse conditions as well as my Subaru Legacy wagon AWD. Very similar in performance to Continental True Contact (another great tire) used on Subaru. These are not dedicated snow tires but perform very well for an all season solution. Noise level is good. No complaints so far.
