Genesis mini

Bought this for my 5 year old daughter. It's a high quality bow with zero let off. You will need to add a permanent knock on the string. The one that comes with it is temporary and will move around on you. You can get away with using it, just check it periodically to make sure the arrow is still square to the string and adjust if necessary. The wire flipper type arrow rest was a lesson in frustration for her. Turned all the way down she sometimes has a tough time pulling it back and in the process will cant the bow and dump the arrow off of the rest. To make it easier I added a cheap knock-off whisker biscuit. Had to make a spacer to get the correct center shot distance but it was worth it. Also modified the biscuit so she could sight down the arrow shaft. The local range uses these bows for their youth lessons twice a week. I've never seen them have any problems with them, and they get beat around quite a bit!
