My new every day go to shoes

These George Mens Trent Shoes are now my go to shoes for errands and short walks. I have been very impressed with the quality of the stitching to the type of materials used in making these shoes. The tops wipe off easily as do the sides of the soles. The memory foam material in the bottom is really incredible. After just a few days wearing them they felt like they had been molded for my feet specifically. That alone has made wearing them comfortable but they also flex very easily. I can’t remember a new pair of shoes that felt broke on so quickly. A huge plus has been that I don’t feel anxious to take them off when I walk through the door. They are really that comfortable! They have a deep tread on the bottom which is very handy on any slick or wet surface. The sizing is perfect also as I ordered the 10 1/2 and they fit great. The color is a perfect dark hue with grey mid-soles. They easily go with any tone of long pants especially jeans. I’ve been wearing them with my tan khaki pants and I’ve gotten several compliments on them. I would definitely recommend these to my friends and family.

Supriisingly comfortable, and WARM Slip-ons

I haven't owned a slip-on shoe/sneaker since Keds were around when I was a kid. The reason I have been apprehensive over the years is I have a wide foot and at least with lace up footwear you can adjust width with how tight you tie the laces, whereas the slip-on width is pretty much set, but I figured I'd give these a try. As I said, surprisingly, they were a little snug, width-wise at first, not uncomfortable, but in a couple of hours loosened up and were just right, fit-wise. I use them all day long and this morning it was 37 degrees with a wind chill which had to knock it down to 30-32. I threw my Salomon boots in the backpack for the 45 minute walk I take the dog on. I didn't even need them the Trent Slip-Ons kept my feet warm. With its' thick sole and grippy heel I was just fine. They also have stretch fabric on each side of the front of the of the shoe so slipping in and out of them is effortless, especially, when using the pull tab on the back, no shoehorn needed. I am very impressed with these shoes and will definitely buy another couple of pairs as I can see myself wearing these on a daily basis. The George Trent Slip-On has made a convert.

Great for Oregon weather

These shoes are exactly what I needed for the Oregon rain. The soles have good traction in muddy or rain-slicked surfaces. They don't let water in through the seams, so my feet stay dry. They're comfortable and so easy to slip on and off when I enter or leave the house. The price is quite low for the quality. I'd buy this shoe again.
