In fact, soybean oil is the leading cause of Omega 6 fatty acid inflammation in the America diet. This healthy soup has a great mushroom flavor, and I use it in place of salad dressing on top of fresh kale or a bowl of chopped up fresh turnip greens.

Heathier I guess

Sometimes when I get the idea my family should be healthier I get these lower fat versions to make casseroles and such. They don't appear to taste any different. I can't tell anyway. I don't think really in the long run it's helping much though. But I guess since I can't tell a difference in taste and the price is the same why wouldn't I get the "healthier" one right? I still put cheese all over the casserole so I think that will negate any benefit!
