The SentrySafe Model SFW123BTC provides reliable security for your valuables with solid steel construction, a pry-resistant hinge bar, and a biometric locking system. Complete with one hour UL Classified fire-resistant protection and ETL Verified water-resistant protection, this safe is ideal for all your home or office security needs. Biometric fingerprint safe is UL classified fire-resistant to protect your valuables in a fire for 1 hour in up to 1700°F (927°C). Biometric safe is ETL Verified water-resistant to protect your valuables in up to 8 inches of water for up to 24 hours. 4 large, 1-inch live-locking bolts, solid steel construction and pry-resistant hinge bars provide our best protection from forced entry and tool attacks. Interior lighting provides increased visibility in dimly lit locations, so you can easily access your items without additional lighting. Interior organization is included with added key rack, door tray, deep door pocket and adjustable tray. Dual key locking gives safe owners the ability to disable the primary lock, even if other people know the combination or access code. Color: Black; Exterior dimensions: 17.8 in. H x 16.3 in. I replaced my 17-year old Sentry Safe (combination knob & key) with this one. The option to open this new safe with EITHER the fingerprint, PIN code or a key is much more convenient than my old safe. And registering the safe's information online gives me peace of mind knowing that the information to my safe is encrypted on Sentry Safe's website. The instructions on the manual are clear and easy to understand. The dark grey color of the safe looks a lot better than the beige of the old one. I especially like the handy compartment built into the inside door of the safe. It is perfect for credit cards and passports. Thank you, Sentry Safe for this modern, affordable safe!
