Excellent value but......

During my search for a basic women's Cruiser bike I visited many stores and searched online. This particular bike met my budget expectations and I found that this was an excellent value. However, during the setup I noticed that the bike had two places where the paint was chipped. I considered returning the bike to the store but decided against this. I didn't want to go through the process of obtaining a refund and ordering another bike with the possibility of receiving another damaged product.

What Can I Say?

This bike looks like it's cruising standing still! Being a Baby Boomer who wants to revisit a bit of my past every now and then, this purchase did it for me - looks like it rolled right out of yesteryear. I picked it up (assembled) at the back of the store and no lie, three people stopped me with compliments before I reached the front entrance. While I can't honestly rate the ease of setup or durability, this bike looks very solid, well made and expensive, not at all what the price would suggest. The name suggests it though, 'Nel Lusso' means 'In Luxury'.

Good Bike For Local Errands

I live in Chicago and this bike is perfect for errands. I also ride it to yoga class. The rack on the back is perfect for my yoga mat bag. The basket is a bit small but the cup holder really comes in handy. It's a pretty big bike and a little heavy to carry down to the basement in my apartment building, where the bike room is. I think as time goes on I'll get more used to the size and weight of the bike. The bike is a nice color and has a vintage look.
