This not only prevents those awful LEG CRAMPS but also STOPS ALL-OVER BODY PAIN, especially when getting up in the morning! I take 1 to 3 daily with my vitamins and supplements. Started out needing 3 a day and now, I only need 1 a day.
Eight months ago in Jan. 2020, I was in such pain that I walked like a 70-year old lady, which is what I am.
