1. Preheat: 400 degrees F convection. 425 degrees F regular. 2. Roll Out: Baking paper is oven safe up to 425 degrees F. Avoid direct contact with heating elements or flames. 9 inches x 14 inches. seamless sheet. Use as whole sheet or cut into smaller pieces. 3. Fill and Form: Add filling and fork edges closed. Brush with egg wash for golden finish. Great for pockets, turnovers, & strudels. 4. Bake 15-20 Min: For a larger pastries like strudels, increase the backing time to 30-35 minutes. Use baking paper on sheet pan, paper will brown during baking. Keep refrigerated. Keep dough refrigerated. Use immediately after opening. Freezing dough not recommended.

Love this product! it is the best solution for puff pastry recipes, so easy to use and last in the refrigerator for weeks until you need it. I always keep one on hand and don't have to wait for it to thaw. I like the taste and texture, not quite as flaky as the frozen varieties of puff pastry. Great for sweet or savory recipes.

Love this brand!

I love that Walmart now has Jus-Rol Puff Pastry. In my opinion, it's so much easier to use than the Pepperidge Farm one. That one we have to deal with creases from being folded, and it has shorter sheets. With this brand, there are no creases and has a longer sheet. I made hand pies with strawberry pie filling with this and was able to get six in one sheet, whereas the other brand I would have only gotten four in one sheet. So with two sheets I got 12 hand pies and used the entire filling from the can. I would have only gotten 8 from the other brand and had some filing leftover. There were also no spillovers and got more filling in one hand pie than I would have with the other brand. The only downside is, there is only one sheet in a package, so I have to remember to get two packages when I want to buy it.
