The PowerStep® Heat Moldable shoe insoles were designed to provide a personalized, custom fit for all arch types through heat-molding technology. The PowerStep Heat Moldable full length insoles have a unique design with two layers of plush cushioning and a heat moldable base, allowing for maximum comfort with a customized fit. The anatomical contoured arch support and heel cradle stabilize the foot and improve alignment, adding stability and motion control to limit excess stress on feet, ankles, joints, and tendons. The Heat Moldable insoles provide the perfect blend of stability and cushioning for any arch type.

Heat-moldable EVA base featuring a contoured arch support with a deep heel cradle for increased comfort, stability, and motion control, providing a personalized fit for those with low, standard or high arches
Premium dual-layer support cushioning for enhanced comfort from heel to toe
Perfect balance of comfort and support that stabilizes and aligns the feet to help relieve and prevent pain from overpronation, mild to moderate pronation, or supination
Moveable from shoe to shoe with no trimming required

Heat Molding Instructions:

Loosen shoes and remove all padding from inside of shoe.
Preheat oven to 225°.
Bake one insole at a time until the white heat sensitive paper tab on the bottom of the insole turns black (approximately 1 min 30 sec). Do not overheat. Quickly remove insole from oven and place into shoe. Wearing socks, insert foot into shoe. Stand on insole with knees slightly bent for 1 minute. Insole can be reheated and reformed, if necessary.

I believe these heat moldable have helped me tremendously by giving the support I need. Not much cushion, just support. I'm very pleased and thankful I found them. I have arthritis in both knees and thought it was replacement time but I haven't even wore a wrap since using you insoles.

I have been wearing custom dr. made orthotics for 40 years or more and these are the first I could wear without needing a podiatrist. I gave a 4 star review because the material at the toe could be a bit thinner. Can't wear my winter socks comfortably. Otherwise these are fabulous

For my flexible arches etc. they are the best over the counter/direct arch supports orthotic on the market in my opinion. Why can I say this? Is because when I was a child thru young adulthood (21 years old) I had doctor orthopedic insole fitted and made. I highly recommend these PowerStep Heat Moldable Insoles.
