Design/Manufacturing FLAW - Sole Leaks

Second pair - second leak. One in the toe & one in the heel the second time. These second were barely ~2 years old --> believe the other reviewers that flag this problem too. If the outer shell wears opens at all [even a hair crack] in the heel cap: there is a direct water leak path inside the boot and they are garbage at that point in my opinion. [esp at -35C]. I did direct mail to BOGS Canada to make a case - perhaps at least get a discount since the first pair lasted 8 years before the toe leak. This failure in the second pair is unacceptable & no help from BOGs since it was beyond the 1 year warranty was the response.... Trying the Bozeman as an upgrade to see if they fair better...these will be my last pair if they don't last 5 years. I still feel ripped off - a 50% off coupon would make me feel as thought they realize the problem and want to keep a long standing loyal customer (we have many pairs of BOGs boots for a growing family - and give them to charity if still good when they grow out of em) rather than BOGS Canada sweeping it aside and ignoring it. Thanks

Affordable, but Bristles Are Wimpy

This is a wonderful starter toothbrush for a child, but the bristles are so soft... they bend a bit too easily and lose their shape/functionality after only a few uses. I think if these were a bit firmer, I'd like it more. We sadly will not get 3 months of use out of this, but for the price, I suppose you cannot be too mad about it.

Please know this could be caused by brushing too hard -- too much pressure makes the bristles wear faster. Also rinsing a toothbrush under hot water, or soaking it in a solution, will soften the bristles and cause them to wear out more quickly.
