Wow, I have always been skeptical about these type of pre-made pizza crusts thinking they would tasty like flour or too dry. I have never purchased the more expensive type that have been out for a while due to the price so when I saw these I thought why not try. I have to admit, this was a great crust! I live alone so eat a lot of pizza and this is so simple to make, beats frozen pizza hands down. Only takes about 10 mins in the oven and you have a soft crust, somewhat like the self-rising type of frozen pizza. This will be a staple in my home from now on.

Worked well would like to see a thicker crust pizza tho. Maybe a specialty to try. Like a deep dish. I like well done crispy. My husband likes soft and easy to chew. Also a no salt crust would be good. Alot of people need no salt. Be the first to do it. Maybe a no salt or really light salt pizza. Around 15 mgs per serving. Also a no salt sauce. If your the first you can advertise and really take in the dough so to speak. Thanks to hear from you. Let me know about low salt one.
