This is a nice toothpaste. It's clean and refreshing and you can notice instantly from the first use, your teeth are going to improve. I recommend trying it. I was using the Colgate Whitening Paste but, this may replace the paste, the gel consistency is very light, not a thick paste or thick gel, this is very lightweight texture and your mouth feels extremely clean after brushing with Colgate Renewal Gum Toothpaste.
