Today (Tuesday) is day #4 of taking Abol Hardcore. So far I have not noticed any difference. I am taking one pill in the morning and one pill in the evening as directed. I have worked out my whole life and I am looking to gain 5-6 pounds of muscle (not fat) while using this product. I can't give a star rating at this time.
