Equipped with a sanitary food grade quality 18" cutting board for convenient prep space
Stainless steel exterior is durable and easy to clean
Painted aluminum interior makes cleaning a breeze
Easy-to-grip, self-closing doors have integrated handles and close automatically to help conserve energy
Heavy duty epoxy coated shelves provide easy access and minimal maintenance without disrupting air flow
Open well is designed to hold 1/3, 1/2 or full-size pans without requiring adapters
Includes full set of divider bars and comes equipped with nine 4" deep pans
Environmentally-friendly, CFC-free urethane foam insulated walls and doors maximize energy cost savings
Offers 20.91 cubic feet of storage, which can accommodate nine pans and can hold full-size sheet pans
