Great product

My husband is gluten intolerant and Schar is always a safe brand with great products. We have been buying these crusts to have DIY pizza nights and we love them. I saw someone else leave a bad review because these weren't refrigerated.... THESE ARE NOT SOLD FROZEN. They need no refrigeration. They are on a shelf in the gluten free area in the store. Not the freezers. We often buy a couple boxes and leave them on the pantry for weeks without issue.

This is my first ever gluten free pizza. We can't wait for the next one! And the amazing thing is, it comes from a box that sits on the shelf!

Not as happy with the crust as I had anticipated

I followed the directions on the packaging but found after it baked, the sauce had started to break down the parts of the crust that it touched, making it soggy and unappetizing. Since it was a two pack, next time I will start with the cheese when assembling to see if that helps.
