Made of brown full-grain leather and 900-denier nylon, this 17-inch boot has the height and toughness you want. The nylon features realtree xtra camouflage, making it a great hunting boot. The men's boot lining is moisture-wicking to fight sweat. A nylon shank supports you arch. The camo upper is affixed to a comfortable rubber outsole with flexible strobel/ cement construction. You'll get into this tall snake boot easily with the interior side zipper.

Made to do the job...

Now that I have the boots the snakes have run away :). The boot is very comfortable fitting nicely for me, a wide, and regular for my wife. They are stiff in the beginning but they break in well in the deep woods. I was concerned with the zipper being the weak-link for a snake fang penetration but this is not the case at all; it is actually a safer zone do to the layering of the inner material. The zipper works very easily. One great advantage of this boot is the boots grip to the ground without packing the tread with dirt/clay that would deny quality traction. I would recommend this to all.

Great boots!

I was a little worried about ordering these boots because of all the complaints with the zippers. Sure enough mine were getting stuck right out of the box. A little wipe with WD40 and the zippers slid up and down like silk. The boots have the wear and feel of running shoes. Great buy!
