SUNNY SHOWER - Return & Refund Policy 1. Change of Mind Returns & Exchanges ï‚·Returns or exchanges for change of mind must be requested within 30 days of receiving the product. ï‚·After this period, the customer is deemed to have accepted the goods and assumes full responsibility. ï‚·Items must be in original packaging and unused; otherwise, a refund cannot be processed. 2. Confirm Size & Style Before Purchase ï‚·Please double-check the size, style, and specifications before purchasing, as returns for incorrect choices may not be accepted. 3. Return Shipping Responsibility (Unless Faulty) ï‚·Customers must obtain approval before returning any item. ï‚·For change of mind returns,must be applied for within 30 days, otherwise returns are not allowed. 4. No Refund for Damaged Returns ï‚·If a returned item arrives damaged due to improper packaging, no refund or exchange will be provided. 5. Refund Eligibility ï‚·A full product refund will only be issued for items that are returned in their original, unused, and resalable condition. ï‚·If the packaging is damaged, a 30% repackaging fee may apply, or the item may be returned to the customer. ï‚·Products with missing or significantly damaged packaging cannot be returned. ï‚·Installed, used, or damaged items cannot be returned or refunded. 6. Inspection Upon Delivery (VERY IMPORTANT) ï‚·We recommend checking your goods upon delivery and advising us as soon as possible if there are any issues. ï‚·This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or normal wear and tear. Sunnyshowers reserves the right to charge a 110% re-stocking fee of the cost of the goods to be returned (not including freight). By purchasing from Sunny Showers, you agree to these terms.
