Product works good overall moving my tritoon boat. When going forward unit works fine, because it has a support “ wheel caster “ to handle the weight.When pulling backwards, the unit wants to lift up, so the manufacture should consider a wheel caster for the side facing the boat or trailer, for extra support. Other than that so far so good.

I will say this item is very nice and operates perfectly. However if you are operating this on any kind of grade I would not recommend. It has no way of slowing the trailer down and once my boat gets to rolling there is no stopping it. I almost took out my neighbors car and I have a light 20 ft bass boat that I purchased this for.
