Available in Bulk Packaging

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was able to purchase multiple knobs in bulk packaging which makes instillation much easier than the cumbersome retail packaging. As always, the locks work great. Customer service is always there to lend a hand if necessary.

Stylish, Easy to Install but Missing Parts

I installed hall/closet and privacy knobs in my daughter's home. The product was easy to install and looks great, but the drive in collars were missing from all 18 knob sets. Kwikset customer service sent me a box, and I completed the install. I really like how quickly these are to install. Well designed and stylish.
