I've tried the Tate's GF Chocolate Chip, Coconut and Ginger cookies before and was fairly disappointed by all of them. They weren't bad or anything, just not good enough to get again. When I finally found the GF Lemon ones here, I was super stoked as I had been dying to try them - but I didn't get my hopes up too much since I wasn't impressed with the other Tate's flavors. Well, to my surprise and delight the lemon cookies were PERFECTION! Crispy but not too hard or crunchy, ideal balance of sweet/tart and just enough rich, buttery cookie flavor to feel satisfied with just one or two (tho I could easily scarf the whole bag in one sitting). I'm so happy to add them to my GF cookie stash (other favorites are Mi-Del Arrowroot Animals Ginger Snaps and Absolutely! Coconut Macaroons) so thanks, Walmart!
